Fitness

We have 20 ongoing fitness classes per week: Stretch, Pilates, Spinning, Cardio Body Bar, Yogalates, Step Combo, Cardio Circut, and Cardio Kick Boxing. We also have specialty classes such as Tae Kwon Do, Team Training, and Personal Training (these classes are an additional fee). Our Cardio Room is full of great equipment. We have treadmills, ellipticals, stair master, recumbent and cycle bikes, rowing machines. Cardio theater has been installed on most of the cardio equipment. We have a variety of weight and weight machines to complete your workout. This is all in a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Free orientations are available by appointment only.
