Code Enforcement Overview

Our Code Enforcement Officer enforces all of the Delta Muncipal Code such as burning restrictions and permits, litter and junk, and weed control.

Burn Permits

Open burning in the City of Delta must follow all County and State regulations.

For all burn requests please refer to the Delta County Health Department, (970) 874-2165.
